Questions every pharmacist asks

Do I always need the internet to run the pharmacy?
No. Every pharmacy operation — sales, returns, stock-takes, expenses, cashier sessions — is saved directly on your device and works offline. When the internet returns they upload automatically in the correct order. A connection is only needed to sync a backup of your data.
What happens after an order reaches the pharmacy?
You approve receipt and its items are added to your inventory and logged in your accounting as a purchase — no manual entry. Every movement stays documented in the inventory log, so you can trace any item from the moment it was ordered to the moment it was sold.
Does it work on more than one device inside the pharmacy?
Yes. Multiple devices work on the same pharmacy account at once, and each device is alerted the instant another uploads an update. Every employee has fine-grained permissions that you set — who sells, who does stock-takes, who sees reports.
My data — where is it stored and who sees it?
Your pharmacy's accounting data belongs to you alone and is never shared with any other party. Access is protected by an encrypted password and per-role permissions, and the connection is fully encrypted.
